Detailed Inspection & Service Reports
Ecology Pest Control utilizes the industry’s latest and most innovative inspection, reporting and monitoring software available. Information is collected by technicians and inputted through handheld tablets, then compiled into a report that is emailed after the completion of EVERY service (sample reports found at the bottom of this page). Both detailed and summary reports are available, you can choose which report best fits your needs. These reports are automatically emailed upon completion of service, to any and all parties that need the report. These reports may also be printed on site.
The information collected includes the date, time in and out, the name and signature of the servicing technician, the name and signature of the staff member that received/requested the service, inspection findings broken down by specific area, pest activity noted in these areas and the number and placement of any pest devices in the area. Detailed reports even track what time, down to the second, that each area was serviced! This report will also include the product name, amount used, target pest(s), area(s) used and EPA Reg. # of any pesticides applied to any area. All sanitation issues or other conditions that are conducive to pest activity found and/or any non-compliance will be noted in this report and emailed to the appropriate contacts.
All records of service, including inspection reports will be databased and can be accessed at any time through our customer portal. With the appropriate user name and password you can access statements, open service orders, payment and billing history, device history, device maps, material usage, device inspections/findings, conducive conditions, schedule a service or ask a question.
